Sharon has been involved in the design, development, and presentation of training, in the area of conflict management, employee and workplace relations, and personal mastery, for over 20 years. In addition to being an active Conflict Dynamics trainer, Sharon is a consultant to the International Labour Organisation (ILO) on whose behalf she designs and develops programmes, and delivers training, both at the ILO’s International Training Centre in Turin, Italy and in different countries around the world.
